All hiring and job changes are now done through Cyber Recruiter and your Employee Self Service (ESS) account. These programs will require training which we will gladly provide to you. We have manuals and recorded webinars that will walk you through the process. We are also here to help if you get stuck in the process or have a unique situation.

Position Requirements
- –Pertains to a position (not an employee) that has not been processed through the Conference payroll
- –The church, school, or local entity is responsible for the cost of the remuneration and benefits, including retirement benefits
- –Attach the Employment Cost Calculator & New Position Commitment to new positions in Cyber Recruiter
- –As of September 30, 2025, the minimum wage will be $14.00/hour. Florida's minimum wage increases by $1.00/year until $15.00/hour in 2026

Independent Contractors Must:
- –Own a business for the type of work performed
- –Possess a business license
- –Provide evidence of business insurance (general liability and workers compensation) via certificate of insurance
