Order Processing, Shipping & Returns

Our Store processes orders ONLY during store business hours. Please allow 1–2 store days for orders to be processed. You will receive an automated email notification when your order has been mailed or is ready for pick-up.

During peak season (April–June) please allow an additional 2–3 business days for processing.

Shipping Options

UPS and USPS pick up orders Monday–Thursday at 3:00 pm. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number (if you have chosen a shipping option with tracking service).
