G300 is the Pathfinder and Adventurer leadership development program offered by the Florida Conference. Complete each level to advance your leadership skills and service capacity within your local club and conference.
This program equips club directors, deputy directors, and staff with the training they need to lead effectively, covering areas such as spiritual mentorship, safety, programming, and organizational leadership.
