To get started: complete the information form, choose one of the two affiliated law offices to prepare your estate planning documents, and sign the corresponding authorization letter.
Our Planned Giving Specialists will forward your information to the attorney of your choice, who will prepare a will, trust, power of attorney, and healthcare directive based on your preferences — at no cost to you.
