Officially Appointed Volunteers (OAVs) serve as Cluster Coordinators or Zone Administrators within various Ministries. The organization prioritizes sensitivity toward local churches and pastors while recruiting volunteer leaders for expanded roles beyond individual congregations.

Requirements

Submit a Resume

Send your resume to the FL Conference Pathfinder and Adventurer Department expressing your interest in serving as a Cluster Coordinator or Zone Administrator.

Complete Volunteer Training

All volunteers must complete the Verified Volunteers / Shield the Vulnerable training. This certification is valid for 3 years and must be renewed before expiration. Register at www.ncsrisk.org/adventist.

Receive Clearance

Obtain official clearance through the background screening process before beginning any service in your appointed role.
